PRODUCT FEATURES:

HD887 is single component moisture curing polyurethane sealant, with excellent sealing performance and cohesion, no corrosion, no pollution, no pollution to the environment, and good adhesion to metal, glass and other substrate.

1. Fast curing,strong adhesion, quickly immobilize the windshield, the car can be used after 2 hours of sizing.

2.Glue evenly ,excellent initial bonding strength, good flexibility and convenience for use.

3.Environmental protection, no solvent and no toxic substances.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

Suitable for windshield, side & back window glass bonding.

USE RESTRICTIONS:

1.In order to ensure the bonding effect and the compatibility of the product and the base material, before use, must to do the bonding test in the actual base material and environment.

2.Do not apply to frozen or wet, silicone oil substrate surface and rubber.

3. Not completely cured silicone and modified with silane-endcapped glue,alcohol and alcoholic solvents will hinder the normal curing sealant, should prevent them with Polyurethane sealant direct contact


CLEAR:

Uncured sealant shall be removed from tools or equipment with cleaning agent 1001 or used appropriate solvent. After curing, sealant shall be removed mechanically for surface cleaning

SAFETY TIPS:

Keep away from children. Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician

STORAGE:

Stored at 5~25℃. Humidity: ≤50%RH, dry, ventilated, cool place, the storage period is 9 months from the date of production.
